Hmmm, well they released the photo's of Sadaam's boys yesterday and I just had a chance to check them out. If you have not had a chance to see them yourself, you can see Qusai Hussein here and you can see his bald brother, Odai Hussein here.

Now don't get me wrong, as a US Marine, I love the fact that we finally killed these brutal killers and rapist the only issue that I have with the whole thing is that we now have shown pictures of combat enemies. I realize that many of you are inclined to go the other direction and say, "we want proof that they are dead" and I agree with you. My point however, is that now in all future battles; you will likely see pictures of our dead soldiers all over the Internet and foreign newspapers -- that my friends, I have a problem with.

Well, it has finally happened!!! My birthday is here and on the same day, I figured out that my archived blogs were not working because the template was not smart enough to figure out that the posting location should be the same as the viewing location.

Well anyway, my posts are finally all being archived correctly. What? You don't belive me? Check it out for yourself, it is right up there in the upper right hand corner, go ahead.

Anyway, happy birthday to me and to my puppy Riley!! I got a birthday giant cookie from one of the really nice people at my work (thanks, Della!!).

We will see how good the birthday thing goes, me and Casey and Riley have obedience school tonight. Tonight is the night where little Riley figures out what throw chains are, it really is worse than it sounds but still, he will not like it either way!!

I really got a kick out of this guy's blog. It reminded me so much of my neighbor. I was out on my patio with my laptop (before the days of "g" when all we had was this weak ol' 802.11b stuff. Anyway, when I went to go log onto my system, I got a weak signal indication so I changed chairs on the patio set and poof!!! I was in. There really wasn't much to do other than figure out why my connection was not able to map to my server. Well about 10 seconds into the process, I figured it out, I was logged into a neighbor's wireless network.

Now I am not a mean person or anything so as opposed to browsing and seeing what I could change on their network (or just delete); I figured, I am only going to surf the web so they won't mind a little downgrade of speed. Anyway, I have thought long and hard about whether to tell this person about it but I figure -- hell, why should I ruin a perfectly good setup for me.

Hopefully by now, he at least has a WEP key installed, but he is an end user, not a hobbiest, and certainly not a professional.

Welcome to Comcast High-Speed Internet!

This is my Internet service provider, I only post this here because they "strongly encourage" that you use there page as your startup page and I think it is really stupid. It is no different than any other portal on the web, but takes much longer to load for some reason. Anyway, they say there may be information that will be posted there regarding changes in account status, privacy policy, etc...
